2. Warm-Up
Dynamic Stretching: Light movements to prepare your muscles and joints.
Cardio Activity: Short bursts of activities like jogging or jumping jacks to increase your heart rate.
We have a range of different equipment to make sure every session can target diffeent movement patterns and muscle slings.
3. Workout Routine
Customised Exercises: The trainer will guide you through a series of exercises tailored to your goals.
Instruction and Demonstration: Expect clear instructions on form and technique to prevent injury.
Variety of Equipment: You may use weights, resistance bands, machines, or bodyweight exercises.
4. Cool Down
Static Stretching: Exercises to help relax your muscles and improve flexibility.
