What to Expect in a Personal Training Session

A personal training session typically includes various elements designed to help you achieve your fitness goals. Here’s a breakdown of what you can expect:

1. Initial Assessment

  • Goal Discussion: The trainer will discuss your fitness goals, whether it’s weight loss, muscle gain, or improved endurance.

  • Fitness Assessment: This may involve, reviewing your flexibility, strength, and cardiovascular fitness.

2. Warm-Up

  • Dynamic Stretching: Light movements to prepare your muscles and joints.

  • Cardio Activity: Short bursts of activities like jogging or jumping jacks to increase your heart rate.

We have a range of different equipment to make sure every session can target diffeent movement patterns and muscle slings.

3. Workout Routine

  • Customised Exercises: The trainer will guide you through a series of exercises tailored to your goals.

  • Instruction and Demonstration: Expect clear instructions on form and technique to prevent injury.

  • Variety of Equipment: You may use weights, resistance bands, machines, or bodyweight exercises.

4. Cool Down

  • Static Stretching: Exercises to help relax your muscles and improve flexibility.

  • Breathing Exercises: Techniques to help your body recover and lower your heart rate.
