Cancellation Policy
24 hours notice to be given.
(Please note that we will not be able to receive any voicemail or email on a Sunday so please note that Sundays are not included in the 24 hours)

You will be charged for a class/appointment where cancellation or rescheduling is not made at least 24 hours prior. However, it may be possible to swap a class for one that’s in the same day.

Please note that online cancellations need to be made 48 Hours prior to your appointment/class.

We may on occasion have to amend, change or cancel a class or appointment. In which case, you will be offered an alternative slot across our opening hours. You will not be charged for your session.

We cannot give a cash refund for blocks of classes, or offer cash back when credits are not used. The Client shall not transfer sessions or credits to any other person or permit them to be used by anyone other than the Client. 

When booking classes online please be aware of your credits. If a class is booked without credits you will be charged the full amount for your class. All blocks need to be purchased in the studio and cannot be done online.


Retail Products

May be returned within 14 days for exchange only for unused, unopened and in original packaging.

Products which are defective or damaged upon arrival may be returned immediately for exchange.

Waiting Lists
We operate a waiting list for all of our classes; if somebody cancels the person at the top of the waiting list will be called to go into the class.
